🍺 Front-footed, fruit-loaded and impossible to ignore, Don’t Hide is the kind of sour that makes no attempt to play subtle. One Drop pushes this one into full pulp mode — thick, vibrant and packed with juicy fruit, with just enough tartness underneath to keep the whole thing bright rather than heavy.

Brewed by One Drop Brewing Co. in Botany, Sydney, this 440mL release sits firmly in the brewery’s pulp sour lane. Guava, blackberry, blueberry and strawberry do most of the talking here, while lactose helps pull the texture into a softer, creamier shape that feels plush in the glass.

The palate is thick, juicy and very easy to sink into. It opens bright and fruit-forward, then settles into a pulpy, creamy middle that keeps every fruit note loud and clear. At 7.5% ABV, it has enough weight to carry all that flavour without losing its easy-drinking edge.
