Shipping
Sessions Box Hill offers shipping within Australia, excluding the Northern Territory.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In some cases, if shipping has not been charged correctly or a shipping address has not been provided, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received in full and a valid delivery address has been provided.
Alcohol Delivery Requirements
As our products include alcohol, delivery must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or over.
Our courier will check ID upon delivery and requires a signature before the order can be handed over.
Orders cannot be left unattended, and authority to leave is not available for alcohol deliveries.
Alcohol deliveries will only be completed where permitted by law and within applicable delivery hours.
If no eligible person is available to accept the delivery, the courier may not be able to complete the delivery and further delivery fees may apply.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow the delivery progress.
Please allow time for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process orders as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability and public holidays.
Sessions Box Hill is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, but we will assist where possible if an issue occurs.
Returns
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
We may offer a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate, including where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns unless approved by Sessions Box Hill. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and advise the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
