Created from a selection of cask types — including ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts, PX casks and quarter casks — it delivers gentle smoke supported by vanilla sweetness and coastal character rather than overwhelming intensity.

This is Islay peat with a softer edge — smoky, but smooth and rounded.

Aroma: Soft peat smoke, sea breeze, vanilla and light citrus with subtle medicinal notes.

Palate: Smooth and balanced — sweet malt, gentle smoke, toasted oak, dried fruit and mild spice.
