Crafted at Laizhou Distillery in Qionglai, Sichuan, this single malt reflects the emerging ambition of Chinese whisky. The founders travelled across the world studying more than 100 distilleries, combining global whisky knowledge with local craftsmanship to build one of China’s most exciting new distilleries.

This expression is matured in STR red wine casks, a technique pioneered by renowned whisky scientist Dr. Jim Swan. STR stands for Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred — a process that revitalises wine barrels and intensifies the interaction between spirit and oak.

The result is a whisky where wine-driven fruit, chocolate richness and gentle oak spice come together in a modern, expressive style.

Aroma: Elegant and fruit-forward — ripe plum, red berries, vanilla cream and soft toasted oak.

Palate: Smooth yet layered — dark chocolate, caramelised sugar, red fruit compote and warming baking spice.

Finish: Medium and refined — cocoa, roasted nuts and subtle oak spice lingering with gentle warmth.
