Crafted at Laizhou Distillery in Qionglai, Sichuan, this single malt reflects the new ambition of Chinese whisky. Before building the distillery, the founders travelled across the world studying more than 100 whisky distilleries, bringing global knowledge back to one of China’s historic spirits regions.

This expression is matured in Fino sherry casks, a rare style of maturation in the whisky world. Unlike the heavier sweetness of Oloroso sherry, Fino casks are known for their dry, delicate and nutty character, allowing the natural malt and fruit of the spirit to shine.

The result is a whisky that balances orchard fruit, toasted almonds and refined oak spice, delivering a lighter and more elegant take on sherry-cask maturation.
