"Nakadori" means the middle of the run — the portion of the pressing where balance and aroma are at their best, separated out and bottled on its own. It was the first Juyondai ever released, and it remains the clearest statement of what Takagi Shuzo in Murayama, Yamagata does differently. Unfiltered, and bottled in 1.8L.
Aroma: Aromatic and fruit-driven, with real intensity.
Palate: Rich and creamy, complex, weight without heaviness.
Finish: Long, layered, slow to let go.
