This pasteurised (hiire) junmai ginjo unfolds layers of white peach, pear, steamed rice, and soft floral aroma, leading to a clean, gently warming finish. Elegant umami depth, subtle sweetness, and silky texture make it an ideal representation of Saga’s calm brewing style.
