Across the evening, Matt will take guests through fermentation, texture, structure and expression of place — showing how sake and wine often speak more alike than most people realise. Featuring Love Mountain Sake, Snow Mountain Sake, Savagnin, Pinot Gris, Tempranillo and Flor Savagnin, this one-night event offers a rare chance to experience both vineyard and kura through the eyes of one of Australia’s few producers working seriously across both crafts.
