Freds Aperol Spritz Gose takes the salty, tart backbone of a classic gose and pushes it into bright spritz territory with citrus, bitterness and sparkling aperitif character.

Brewed by Bright Brewery in Victoria, this playful take on the style brings Aperol and Prosecco-inspired notes into a refreshing sour beer built for warmer weather. Pale, CaraRed and wheat malts keep the body light and smooth while the acidity stays clean and highly drinkable.

The palate is lightly salty, citrus-driven and gently sour, with orange aperitif bitterness and a crisp sparkling finish that feels closer to an Aperol Spritz than a heavy sour ale.

At 5% ABV, it stays refreshing, sessionable and easy to drink cold on a hot afternoon.
