Brewed by Bright Brewery in Victoria, this playful take on the style brings Aperol and Prosecco-inspired notes into a refreshing sour beer built for warmer weather. Pale, CaraRed and wheat malts keep the body light and smooth while the acidity stays clean and highly drinkable.
The palate is lightly salty, citrus-driven and gently sour, with orange aperitif bitterness and a crisp sparkling finish that feels closer to an Aperol Spritz than a heavy sour ale.
