Asahi Shuzo Kubota Hyakuju 久保田 百壽 特別本釀造 720ml
The timeless Kubota classic — refined, smooth, and effortlessly drinkable.
Brewed by Asahi Shuzo (朝日酒造) in Niigata Prefecture, Kubota Hyakuju (久保田 百壽) is a cornerstone of the world-renowned Kubota lineup. Crafted in the Tanrei Karakuchi (light and dry) Niigata style, this Tokubetsu Honjozo offers pristine balance and clarity, embodying the region’s clean water and crisp brewing climate.
Made with locally grown rice polished to 55%, it presents subtle aromas of pear, rice bran, and white flowers, followed by a dry, silky palate with gentle umami and a refreshing finish. Hyakuju means “hundred years of happiness” — a fitting name for a sake that’s beloved for everyday enjoyment and celebratory toasts alike.
