The palate is fresh and focused, with apple blossom, citrus and a fine bead carrying through a soft brioche edge. It has enough texture to feel complete, but keeps that clean, aperitif-friendly shape that makes it so useful for gatherings, gifting and easy entertaining. ABV is given as 12%.
