Produced by Mollydooker Winery, this sparkling Shiraz is barrel-fermented and matured in American oak, with 40% new and 60% one-year-old barrels. Its sparkling nature is achieved by re-fermenting the Boxer Shiraz, creating a unique and vibrant wine.
