Distiller's Reserve carries no age statement by design, drawing on malts matured in a range of cask types including sherry casks and Japanese mizunara oak to build a fruit-forward profile rather than an aged one.
Aroma: Red berries and ripe fruit, with a coconut lift from the mizunara.
Palate: Soft and layered — strawberry and cherry over sweet oak.
