Brewed by Iinuma Honke (飯沼本家) in Chiba Prefecture, Kinoene Haruzake Kanbashi (甲子 春酒香んばし) is a seasonal Junmai Daiginjo Namagenshu that captures the essence of early spring — vibrant, aromatic, and joyfully refreshing.

As an unpasteurised and undiluted sake (Nama Genshu), it retains its natural liveliness and pure flavour. Made with carefully polished rice and fermented at low temperatures, it exudes soft aromas of peach blossom, pear, and green apple, followed by a juicy, elegant palate and crisp finish. Its gentle effervescence and youthful energy make it a perfect seasonal release for spring celebrations or pairing with light, delicate dishes.
