Crafted at Three Societies Distillery in Namyangju, South Korea, KI ONE Unicorn represents the distillery’s bold interpretation of peated single malt whisky. Inspired by the smoky traditions of Scotland, this expression blends global whisky craftsmanship with the emerging identity of Korean single malt whisky.

The Unicorn symbolises the Scottish heritage that influenced the distillery’s Master Distiller, while showcasing how Korean whisky can reinterpret classic whisky styles in a modern way.

Distilled from 100% malted barley peated to around 50 ppm, the spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills and matured in a combination of virgin American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, creating a whisky that balances smoky character with sweetness and spice.

The result is a distinctive Korean single malt where gentle peat smoke, honeyed malt and orchard fruit meet vanilla sweetness and warming spice.

A smoky yet approachable dram that showcases the growing diversity of Korean whisky.

Aroma: Campfire smoke, honeyed malt, fallen leaves and subtle oak sweetness.

Palate: Smoky honey, toasted grain, orange peel and warming oriental spice.
