Bacardi Carta Blanca is one of the world’s most recognisable white rums — a light, clean Puerto Rican style designed primarily for highball and cocktail service.
Originally developed following the Bacardi family’s move from Cuba, Carta Blanca is charcoal filtered after ageing to create a softer, more neutral rum profile while still retaining subtle vanilla, citrus and light tropical character underneath.
The palate stays dry and approachable, with restrained sweetness and a crisp finish that works particularly well in mojitos, daiquiris and simple mixed serves where freshness matters more than oak weight.
At 37.5% ABV, it remains an easy-drinking mixer that fits comfortably into both casual home bars and classic cocktail setups.
