One Drop Sneaky Thiolised TIPA 440mL — Tropical Hop Overdrive
🍺 Big, hazy and absolutely loaded with hops, Sneaky is One Drop in full modern TIPA mode. It hits with dense tropical fruit, saturated hop aroma and the kind of soft, high-impact body that makes the style feel plush rather than harsh.
Brewed by One Drop Brewing Co. in Botany, Sydney, this triple IPA leans hard into a thiolised hop build using Motueka, Citra, HBC1019, Mega Motueka, Phantasm and Maui Nelson SubZero Hop Kief. The result is intensely hop-driven, with bright free-thiol character pushing the beer further into passionfruit, citrus and pungent tropical territory.
The palate is thick, juicy and properly full-on. You get a wall of tropical hop flavour, a soft hazy texture and enough bitterness underneath to stop the whole thing from feeling sloppy. At 10% ABV, it carries real weight, but the hop saturation keeps it lively and dangerously drinkable for the strength.
