Made in Japan, this apple liqueur is built around 50% Japanese apple juice, which gives it a fuller, more natural fruit profile in the glass. There is a real sense of fresh apple here — sweet, tart and slightly pulpy — with enough texture to make it feel more generous than a thin, candy-like pour.
The palate is soft, fruity and very chilled-serve friendly. Think ripe apple, gentle sweetness and a bright sweet-tart edge that keeps the finish fresh. It is ready to drink as soon as it is opened, and the recommended drinking range is 5–10°C.
